Since 1989, Frédérique has provided individual counselling and, more recently, hypnotherapy services as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Her very diverse career – including translator and belly dance instructor – makes her a very resourceful speaker. Over the years, she has won numerous Toastmasters motivational and humorous speech contests, in particular one disclosing the present circumstances of the Seven Dwarfs! Fully bilingual, Frédérique can offer most seminars and sessions in English or in French. She has also recorded a series of hypnotherapy sessions on CD for your listening pleasure in the comfort of your home.
